Shipping & Returns

 General Information on Shipping & Delivery

 

We offer shipping to any country within the European Union with UPS (*Excluding the territory of RBulgaria where we deliver our products with Speedy)

In Bulgaria the delivery is free and it takes 2-3 working days for the order to leave our warehouse and arrive to your address. In the European Union, the price of delivery is fixed- 16 euros (Excluding special promotions such as ‘’Free shipping promocodes’’). It takes from 5-6 working days for the order to arrive if the product is in stock. However, shipment time may vary depending on local holidays or any unforeseeable local or global event. As such, we do NOT take responsibility if it takes longer for a product to be delivered than expected.

! Please note that we do NOT take responsibility for any order lost in transit due to a wrong  contact number, email or delivery address provided by you.

 

General information on returns (Please read carefully)

 

1. You have the right to cancel your order, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party (signed by you), took possession of the goods. 

2. To cancel your order with us, you must fill out the return form that could be found here or in the package and send it to our e-mail at info@neyso.boutique

3. In order to protect the order cancellation period, you must send the notification and the corresponding notice of cancellation before the cancellation period expires (14 days) 

4. The return of the goods is always paid by you, except in the case of a claim for a defective product or wrongly sent product. For the return to be at our’s expense, you must contact us by email: info@neyso.boutique

5.  The return can be done with a courier company of your choice (excluding Bulgarian Post). On-site returns of shipments, personally by customers, to the specified address of the Seller are not accepted. Only shipments sent by courier are accepted. After receiving the returned goods, you will be informed by email about the arrival of the returned shipment. We will refund any payments we received from you, including the delivery charges (excluding additional shipping charges, other than the cheapest standard shipping method), no later than 14 days after we receive the products back in undamaged condition (the goods have not been worn, washed, ironed, torn, clean, without side odors such as creams, perfumes or cigarette smoke), and with tags. The goods should be protected from damage during transport and sent to the address of the Seller. The shipment must be accompanied by: a goods receipt and the return form. We will issue the refund by bank transfer.  In case we received the goods with flaws or signs of use, we have the right to send them back to you for your own expense and cancel the refund. 

 ! Please note that we do NOT take responsibility in case you provide us with a wrong bank account number and the refund has not been received. In case the return has been lost by the courier of your choice we have the right to cancel the refund.

 

Reclamation of products and services  (Please read carefully)

 

  1. You have the right to cancel your order and make a complaint in case of:
  • manufacturing defects of the goods;
  • detected missing parts of the goods;
  • the wrong product, different from the one ordered, was sent;
  • discrepancy with the declared size and/or colour - goods sent in a different size and/or a different colour than the one ordered; 

2. In order to make a complaint you must fill out the reclamation form that could be found here and send it to our e-mail at info@neyso.boutique

3.  When presenting the complaint, you provide us by email with the documents on which the claim is based:

  • receipt or invoice;
  • protocols, acts or other documents establishing the non-compliance of the goods or services with the agreed;
  • other documents establishing the claim by basis and amount.
  • Proof of damage (e.g. photos of the damage send by email)

4. After receiving the complaint and evaluating the damage you can send the product back to us with UPS (*excluding the territory of Bulgaria where our partner company is Speedy)  for our own expense. After we receive the product we’ll issue a full refund no later than 14 days. 

!  Please note that the goods subject to a complaint must be send back in an undamaged commercial appearance, unused (the goods have not been worn, washed, ironed, torn), clean, without side odours (such as creams, perfumes or cigarette smoke), with tags. The goods should be protected from damage during transport and sent to the address of the Supplier.  We do NOT take responsibility if you provide us with a wrong bank account number.
